We offer free & discreet worldwide shipping. But due to import laws, we DO NOT SHIP to the following destinations: Islamic countries, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Africa, Mexico, or Brazil.

For Sex Dolls In Stock 2-7 Working Days Delivery

We pre-made these sex dolls in our factory and ship them to our global warehouse in these countries/areas: US, AU, CA, EU, UK.
So no need to wait for produce and a long time shipping. local customers could get them in around 2-7 working days.

  • For US customers – These dolls are pre-made and stored in our California warehouse and ready to ship, they will arrive in 2-7 working days after your order is placed.

Custom Sex Dolls

Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time (+ any holidays)

  • Production Time: This is the time it takes for us to produce your custom-made sex dolls: 2-7 working days.
  • Shipping Time: 1.Standard Shipping(30 – 45 Working Days).  2.Expedited Shipping (7-15 Working Days)

Only available for US/EU/UK customers: Ship from our factory directly after the doll is finished, shipped by Ocean Container Ship (US), EU Freight Train (EU/UK),or EU Freight Truck (EU/UK),  Which is cost-effective. This is one factor why we are cheaper than other $1000+ retailers.
To US:
Free Shipping. First, it will be transported by Ocean Container Ship from our factory in Dong Guan to our courier partner warehouse in California, after your package is released by US Customs, We will arrange for local shipping. It will be picked up by UPS/FedEx and sent to your address. Recently it takes 4-7 weeks around to deliver.

*As for PO BOX Addresses, since our products are large items, we cannot use PO BOX Addresses.

*As for APO (Army Post Office) Addresses, because of logistics policy, we cannot use APO(Army Post Office) Addresses.

Warning: Due to long-distance transportation, some packages may be damaged. When you find that the package is damaged or unpacked, please refuse to sign for it! If you are unfortunate to sign a damaged product, please contact us in time, we will handle it for you.

Tracking Number

We will send you a tracking number by email once the package is shipped. Please keep an eye on your bag tracking in case it gets in trouble (eg, suspending tracking, missing item, etc.)  till it is delivered.

 

Discreet Packaging
The doll will be packed in a plain carton box. There will be no information that indicates that it’s a doll. Be aware, that Customs Agents may open your doll box for inspection and to determine import taxes for customers outside the USA.

 

Pick Up (COVID-19 Hold On)
If you prefer to pick it up at a FedEx/UPS store, please note us with your local FedEx/UPS store address. You should call them to confirm whether pick-up is allowed. If the address is not valid or refused by UPS when the package is delivered, the buyer is responsible for all (if the package is returned, it would cost us $1,000-$3,000).

 

Check and Accept Your Package
You must inspect every item to check if there is any damage upon arrival of the package. If the package box has been corrupted when you see it, take a photo or video to file a claim with the shipping carrier. It is recommended that you open each unit and examine it, even if the cartons look fine from the outside. If you find any damage, take some pictures or videos. Sometimes we also need your help to file a claim with the shipping carrier if the doll is damaged while shipping.

 

Missing Package
If the tracking number shows your package is delivered but you didn’t receive anything, call UPS/FedEx and file a claim ASAP. Just in case, we add adult signature service for most packages (exceptions may apply.)

Order Change/Cancel/Return
Cancellations made within 12 hours of purchase will incur a 10% cancellation fee to cover our costs. Cancellations made after 12 hours of purchase will be subject to a 20-30% cancellation fee as further production and time costs have been incurred. This amount will be deducted from the refund processed to your card in the event we have already processed your credit card for shipping.

Wrong Dolls
When you receive the doll and you find it looks absolutely different from the factory pictures or website, just show us an unboxing video (with the whole body, head, shipping label, and outside package box ). We will report and check to our factory and shipping carrier, and arrange a new replacement for you.

Damaged Dolls
You should file a claim with the shipping carrier on receipt of your package if it is severely damaged. A new replacement will be arranged depending on how severe the damage it is. For slight damage, a repair kit will be offered.

***DO NOT FILE A CLAIM WITH YOUR PAYMENT CARD OR RETURN THE PACKAGE DIRECTLY. If you want to cancel your order or return your package, send us an email to talk things over. The shipping address on the package box is not available for returning made-to-order and in-stock orders. Please make sure the doll is brand new and never be used before you return it to us.
